Our facilitators, skilled in addressing the nuances of each participant's situation, customize the course content to highlight safety-sensitive concerns and ensure relevance and direct applicability. Although our courses fulfill various court mandates and are suited for referrals from Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP) or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for durations of 4, 8, or 16 hours, it's important to note that these are not DUI classes, and we do not operate as a DUI school. 1. Mandatory Attendance: All participants are required to attend all sessions in their entirety. Throughout the class, there will be multiple short breaks, in addition to a 1-hour break for lunch (8 and 16hr courses), to facilitate optimal engagement and learning.
2. Email Communication and Materials:  After you register for your class, expect to receive an email within 24 hours that contains both the workbook and the course link. To guarantee your readiness for the class, it's important to examine these materials as soon as possible. Additionally, there is no need to print out the workbook. 
3. Punctuality and Re-Enrollment Policy: Punctuality is of the utmost importance. The class will commence precisely as scheduled, and admission will not be permitted for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. In the event of absence from a class, regardless of the reason, rejoining future sessions will not be possible. Instead, you will need to register anew for the next available class, which will incur an additional registration fee. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds for missed classes.
4. Active Participation and Certification: Active participation in the class is a prerequisite for the issuance of a Certificate of Completion. Engagement in discussions and activities is essential for a comprehensive learning experience.
5. Appropriate Environment for Participation: We require that during the class, participants are situated in an environment conducive to active engagement. It is imperative that you are not driving or engaged in any activity that could cause distraction. Your full attention and participation are necessary for a meaningful and effective learning experience.
